CARTWHEEL / TERMS OF USE

These terms describe use of Cartwheel, operated by Kim Fisher, and its promotional website. The iOS app license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement that license and do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

What Cartwheel provides

Cartwheel helps you track meals, follow workouts, and use AI coaching for general fitness and wellness. Features, availability, and beta limits may change. AI responses and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review information before relying on it, and use your judgment when exercising.

Cartwheel is not a medical service or an emergency service. Its AI coach is not a live consultation with Kim Fisher or a healthcare professional. Seek qualified advice for medical questions or restrictions that affect your activity or diet.

Your account and content

Use accurate account information and keep access to your Apple Account secure. You are responsible for content you provide and must have permission to share it. Do not use Cartwheel unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s data, or bypass access or usage limits.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow us and our service providers to process that content as necessary to provide the features you choose, as described in our privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Some features require an optional subscription. The app shows the price, billing period, included access, and any trial terms before purchase. Payment is handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of an offered free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Deleting the app or your Cartwheel account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cartwheel available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Beta software may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required.

Ownership and external services

Cartwheel’s branding, designs, and coach imagery belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant rights to reuse them outside the app. External services linked from Cartwheel have their own terms.
